One thing I cannot live without

Everyone
has that one thing they can’t live without in life. The
one thing I can’t live without would have to be my family! Family is everything to me!
I know that it may sound really worn-out to
the people around me but I think I have a good reason. When I’m upset; I also have the one item
I can’t live without. That one item that makes the good day, better, and the
bad day, good. For me, I can compare my
family to music. I love music. It makes my world go around and you will
rarely find me listening to something, likewise to my family they always there
for me in my good times and bad times, and my family makes my world rotates on
its axis.
For me a person who is called successful in
life is a person who has a happy family. Family is important to everyone in the
world. "Family isn't whose blood you have. It's about who you care
about", my dad once told me. Each person has a different and unique family
in their heart. Deep inside me, family holds an unchangeable place.
Dictionary explains family as a fundamental
social group in society typically consisting
of one or two parents and their children. To me, family is those who support
and care for me. They watch for me and are there when I need them. They also
help me reach goals that I have set for myself. They help encourage me and
emphasize the talents that I have, whether or not I know what your talents are.
Throughout life, I have had many teachers. My favorite teacher and the one who has impacted my life the most, was not a
Math or English teacher but, my
family. They taught me one of life’s most important things was never to give up. My parents always give an example and
demonstration to me that through
hard work and determination, I could accomplish anything.
When we faced with very difficult times, my family would pray to God to have
strength, to carry on. Through each
trial and problem, that life
placed in front of him, my families never give up. My family always says
that we must learn to accept that with
everyday life was not always easy and fair. There were many financially difficult times and everyday problems that I thought we would never make it
through, but my family encouraged
and made me see strengths that we can do it if we just together.
For
those reasons, my family is the thing that I can’t live
without.
