The greatest lesson in life I had ever learned

KR Roque

Since I was young until now, I have learned a lots of life's lessons. Some I go by, and some I use. But there are ones that I keep for a short time, and keep for a long time, because you never know when they will come in hand. I keep the good ones and the bad ones, because keeping lessons will help get you somewhere or get you out of a box.

As I get older, there is one greatest life lesson that I had ever learned. And it is, to never be a quitter or should I say to never give up in life, because being a quitter is worse than losing. Being a quitter is even worse than being a loser. Because, nobody would want to be called a quitter their whole life. I would rather spend extra time trying to get it down and done, then be a quitter. Cause if you quit at one thing, most of the time you will quit.

I can’t underestimate the role of being not a quitter, it seems that most people also think they are crazy, and this helps me not to hide so much of who I am, and not try to pretend to be more normal than I am. After all these years, people are finally starting to appreciate me more often at university, at social gathering, in conversation.  The positive feedback is good help. Still, to feel being not a quitter is the most amazing thing.  It allows me to say things I really think, to know that I can express my ideas, and that I can convince people to agree with.  It allows me to put myself in front of people and in front of my huge problems, and not worry about getting laughed at and failed.  I know I can turn mistake into something positive.

Learn how not to become so tied with bitterness. Learn to love yourself and learn how not to give up in life so that you can help others who need inspiration in their lives.
